Ramesh Pisharody spots AI-generated lookalike on event flex banners; asks 'Who is this man_'.

Actor and politician Ramesh Pisharody has found an unexpected lookalike appearing on promotional banners for public events. The actor recently noticed that several flex banners advertising programmes he attends featured an AI-generated image resembling him, rather than his actual photograph.

Amused by the recurring sight, he decided to bring it to social media's attention.Ramesh Pisharody, who represents Palakkad as an MLA, regularly participates in public functions and other local events. His presence at these programmes is often promoted through flex banners. However, the images used in some of these designs seem to have given him an entirely different appearance.Instead of questioning the designers directly, the actor chose to make a joke about the situation.

Ramesh Pisharody questions his AI lookalike

Sharing the image on Instagram, Ramesh Pisharody pointed out that he had repeatedly encountered the same unfamiliar-looking version of himself at different events. His caption reflected his confusion in a deliberately humorous manner."I have been seeing this guy on the flex banners of many events I attend lately," he wrote. The actor also added the song 'Yaaro Ivan' to the post.

Followers suggest ChatGPT is behind the mix-up

The post soon attracted comments from social media users, many of whom blamed artificial intelligence for the unexpected resemblance.

One follower joked that ChatGPT had let him down and suggested that the person in the picture could be someone from Andhra Pradesh.

"ChatGPT has betrayed you, sir. AI has played a trick on you. Isn't this Pishesha Rama Reddy? He's from Andhra Pradesh." Another user took a different approach, asking whether the image was an AI-generated duplicate of the actor. "Is this your AI duplicate, brother?"One user imagined how ChatGPT would respond if confronted about the mistake, in reference to Salim Kumar's popular dialogue.

The comment read, "ChatGPT: Don't make a big issue out of one small mistake."Another follower suggested that the face looked like a combination of several familiar personalities. The user wrote, "A little bit of Manikuttan, a little bit of Nadirshah, a little bit of Kootickal Jayachandran, and a little bit of Manoj Nair..."Another commenter came up with a name for the mysterious version of the actor. The user wrote, "Ramesh AIsharody."Coming to the work front, Ramesh Pisharody was last seen in 'Pennu Case'.
