Hollyoaks reveals another new Lucas disaster after Leah's fall

Lucas Hay's problems go from bad to worse in upcoming Hollyoaks scenes. Last night's episode saw Lucas admit that he was involved in Ste Hay's kidnapping, a confession overheard by Leah Barnes.

She confronted her brother but, in the process, fell down the City Stairs and was rushed to hospital.

Lucas fled the scene and begged his friend he met in prison, Xavier, for help getting him out of Hollyoaks Village.

In scenes set to air next week, Leah is adamant that Lucas is innocent and there is more to his confession than meets the eye.

An injured Leah flees the hospital, desperate to get to the truth, but she is swamped by content creators all desperate to get the latest scoop on her family drama.

Later, Misbah Maalik finds Leah trying to preach Lucas' innocence in The Dog, but will anyone be prepared to listen?

While searching for Lucas, Leah has a breakthrough when a food vlogger's social media post reveals that he is hiding in Chester.

Leah pleads with Leela Lomax not to involve the police and to let her find Lucas on her own, but will Leela listen?

In Chester, Imran Maalik spots Lucas at a food van, but hides it from Leah. A chase ensues between Lucas and Imran that ends in disaster.

"Things aren't looking good for Lucas - he's already told Gemma that he was involved in Ste's kidnapping, but was it the full story?" our insider told us.

"Leah is desperately clinging to hope that this is all one big misunderstanding and Lucas is still loyal to his family, but with so many other villagers involved, it's all-out chaos - and the outcome won't be good!"
