Bangladesh offspinner Aliss Al Islam reported for suspect bowling action

Aliss Al Islam was also reported for his action in the BPL • BCB
"After their loss against Afghanistan, the match officials' report had cited concerns about the legality of Aliss' bowling action," the ICC said in a statement.
Aliss will undergo an independent assessment of his bowling action at an ICC-accredited testing centre in accordance with the ICC illegal bowling action regulations. Cricinfo understands that the BCB hasn't yet decided where to send Aliss for the assessment.
Bowlers are permitted 15 degrees of elbow extension while delivering the ball, and he is allowed to continue bowling in matches until the results of his test are known.
This is not the first time Aliss has been reported for a suspect bowling action. The first time it happened was in 2019, when he had taken a hat-trick in the BPL on his T20 debut. Aliss had passed a domestic bowling test under the BCB in October that year. He was also reported during the BPL last year, after which he had passed another BCB bowling action test.
Aliss is known for his mystery deliveries which spin both ways. He delivers some balls from the front of the hand, which has made him a successful spinner. Aliss has taken 60 wickets in 59 T20s at an economy of 6.38. He has played 20 List A matches, and taken 35 wickets at an average of 18.40. Aliss, though, has never played first-class cricket.
Aliss went wicketless with figures of 0 for 47 in 8.3 overs during Bangladesh's seven-wicket defeat against Afghanistan. He made his T20I debut earlier this month against Sri Lanka in the Asian Games' bronze-medal match in Nissin.
