News24 | Task team rounding up Cat Matlala associates over Swati prince lease scandal

The Gauteng Political Killings Task Team is again rounding up close associates of alleged crime boss Vusimusi “Cat” Matlala.
News24 has reliably learnt from sources close to the investigations that these arrests relate to a controversial R1.2-million lease agreement for a luxury, multimillion-rand Pretoria mansion.
News24 previously revealed Matlala had allegedly secured the lease for the property for himself and his wife, Tsakane Matlala, by posing as a Swati prince.
Arrests were being carried out at properties in Pretoria and Johannesburg on Tuesday morning.
