Jason Kelce, the former Philadelphia Eagles’ star player, has been aggressive with investing in profitable brands ever since he retired from the field. While Jason Kelce has set up multiple ventures with his younger brother, the Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end Travis Kelce, he has also been busy investing independently.

A few months ago, the former Philadelphia Eagles’ star player Jason Kelce made an investment in the Vintage inspired sports apparel brand Homage, stylized HOMAGE. The investment was made through the investment firm he has with his wife, Kylie Kelce, Winnie Capital.

While it is not confirmed how much Jason Kelce invested into the popular brand, Ryan Reynolds’ Maximum Effort, Kevin Durant's 35V, Rob McElhenney's More Better Ventures, and Haslam Sports Group have also bought a stake.As per reports, the brand has raised roughly $16.4 million in total historical funding while its revenue in 2024 was a whopping $50 million.In a statement about his investment, the former NFL star Jason Kelce weighed in on his love for the brand as he said, “I’ve been a fan of Homage from the start because their designs bring back so many memories—from the things I grew up doing to the teams I’ve always rooted for,...”The star player added, “There’s a real sense of nostalgia in everything they do, and it resonates with me.”’

Interestingly, the brand Homage has been closely associated with Jason Kelce for a pretty long time.Homage has been the official merchandising partner for Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce’s popular podcast, New Heights, for the last few years.

In an interview with Sportico, Ryan Vesler, Homage founder and CEO, said, “It’s really about surrounding ourselves with experts in the field and and learning from them…This group is going to help us reach more people, and we aspire to be a household name someday.”Ryan Vesler, Homage founder and CEO, added “I put together my love of vintage with my entrepreneurial spirit…”

Jason Kelce might have been a force to be reckoned with on the field but he has turned more entrepreneurial in the last few years.Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce’s podcast, New Heights, has been highly successful as the brother duo even signed a $100 million deal with Amazon.Apart from that, Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce have also kickstarted new businesses together including the Garage Beer and own a partial ownership in the Arena League indoor football team, St. Josephs Goats.
