The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG), held its 37th Annual National Marketing Performance Awards at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra on Saturday, October 17, recognising individuals and organisations for their achievements in marketing and business performance.

Among the major award recipients, Salem Kalmoni, Managing Director of Japan Motors, was named Marketing Man of the Year, while Abena Amoah, Managing Director of the Ghana Stock Exchange, received the Marketing Woman of the Year award.

Mavis Frimpong of Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited was named Marketing Practitioner of the Year, and Thomasina Tetey of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company received the Marketing Student of the Year award.

The ceremony also saw MyJoyOnline inducted into the CIMG Hall of Fame after winning the Marketing-Oriented Online News Portal of the Year award for five consecutive years. The recognition highlighted the platform's work in digital journalism and audience engagement.

The annual awards celebrate marketing performance and recognise the contributions of professionals and organisations to business development in Ghana.
