Jim Jordan Hints He May Address College Athlete Unionization with Amendment to Save College Sports Act | Don't @ Me w/ Dan Dakich

"I think that's a concern. I think most, college, you know, most college athletes don't really want to unionize. I think most coaches don't want to have to deal with that. I think most universities and athletic departments don't want to have to deal with just one more issue, and it creates a whole new dynamic. And then it then if they're player, then there's tax issues. There's a whole host of things that just aren't necessarily there when we think about college athletics. And so that's a concern that I think some have with the bill. And we're going to take a look at all that when, when we get a chance to deal with the bill in the lame duck session after the election."

A Texas Tech fan claimed to have found pages from Colorado's playbook left behind at a bar inside the hotel where the Buffaloes were reportedly staying ahead of their home matchup against the Red Raiders. Based on the photos shared on social media, the evidence is rather damning for the Colorado coaching staff.

The fan shared the claims to On3's Inside The Double T message board under the name 'VivaTerlingua' on Friday.

"OK I’m not posting pics of it but a bunch of us are in the Colorado team hotel at the bar and we found a 25 page or so playbook that I would bet large amounts of money on is the actual CU playbook," VivaTerlingua posted. "It’s got opening plays, red zone info, our tendencies, etc., etc."

COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYOFF EXPANSION IS NOTHING MORE THAN A DESPERATE FINANCIAL BAILOUT DISGUISED AS PROGRESS

A person who identified themselves as a "buddy" to the group of people who found the alleged pages of the playbook was not as discreet and shared different videos to Instagram showing different pages that appeared to be the same plays Colorado called early on in the game against Texas Tech.

With photos and videos of the alleged playbook made public, another user on X shared a video early Sunday morning that showed the play sheet, and the first six plays of the game from Colorado's offense appeared to match the pages.

There is no evidence that anyone on the Texas Tech staff received or even saw a copy of the pages from the alleged playbook, but the Red Raiders were lights out against the Buffaloes' offense on Saturday night.

Colorado managed to score on its opening drive of the game, but from then on, the Red Raiders' defense dominated the remainder of the contest.

The Buffaloes threw four interceptions in the second half alone, which helped Texas Tech ultimately cruise to a 29-7 victory to move to 5-0 on the season.

Despite the fact that, again, there is zero evidence that a Colorado staffer did, in fact, leave a playbook sitting at the hotel bar, the story has taken on a life of its own, and it's not one that puts Colorado head coach Deion Sanders and his program in the brightest of lights amid serious struggles.

Colorado fell to 2-3 on the year with the loss to Texas Tech, and the Buffaloes have been outscored 93-27 over their last three games combined.
