'Avengers Endgame: Encore': Indian fans light fireworks inside theatre

Seven years after its original release, 'Avengers: Endgame' is once again drawing audiences to theatres, with fans returning to the big screen to relive one of the most iconic moments in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.The film was re-released nationwide on Friday as 'Avengers Endgame: Encore', giving fans another chance to experience the epic conclusion on the big screen. At one screening on the film’s opening day, the audience seemed thoroughly immersed as the Avengers and Thanos battled it out in the epic climatic conclusion.A video doing the rounds online captures the audience erupting in cheers when Chris Evans’ Captain America proves himself worthy of wielding Thor’s mighty hammer, Mjolnir, before charging into battle against Thanos.

The already electrifying moment got an added boost when fireworks and a light display reportedly went off inside the theatre as fans hooted and cheered the action-packed scene.

The clip has since gone viral on social media, prompting reactions ranging from shock and amusement to intrigue.Days ahead of the film's release, the Russo Brothers took to their handles to share a sneak video recording of the audience's reaction to tthe battle scene.

Reacting to the reception their film received, the director duo wrote, "The most emotional night of our careers was sneaking into theaters on opening night of Avengers Endgame. We stood in the back and watched a thousand strangers react — the gasps, the cheers, the tears.

We got chills. And may have shed a tear or two ourselves. It was a magical experience in a movie theater. And it was a magical experience for two Comic Book fans from Cleveland, Ohio, who as kids dreamed of telling stories that made people leap out of their seats with excitement.
