Hollyoaks reveals fire horror for Maddox in major new Halloween spoilers

Hollyoaks has revealed how next week’s Halloween party in The Dog goes seriously wrong for the village’s teenagers – as a devastating of events leads to Maddox Keane being set on fire.

Next week, Ant, Dee Dee and Ro are turning 16, and the Hutchinson trio are celebrating this big milestone by holding a birthday party with a spooky Halloween theme.

The lead up to the party is suitably dramatic, with the venue changing from the park kiosk to The Dog, and Tony banning Dee Dee from the party when she is caught sneaking back in after spending time with Abigail.

When Sienna spots Dee Dee arguing with Kathleen-Angel, she recalls their previous chat and tells Tony that she believes Dee Dee has feelings for her friend – not realising that she is being groomed by her teacher.

On the teens’ birthday, they get a special voice message from their late mum Diane, and Tony changes his mind to allow Dee Dee to come to the party after all.

After being confused by Abigail again, Dee Dee begins to think that she may be better off trying to rekindle her relationship with Maddox. But Maddox has another admirer in Trina, who sets her sights on her new crush.

New spoilers reveal that when the party kicks off in The Dog, Sienna opens up to Leela in the toilets about her theory that Dee Dee has feelings for Kathleen-Angel – but Trina is in a cubicle and overhears everything.

Talented singer Kathleen-Angel provides some entertainment at the party. There is drama elsewhere, however, as Dee Dee spots Trina and Maddox kissing and is hurt.

When confronts her two friends about their kiss, Trina fights back and says that she fancies Kathleen-Angel. It’s when Dee Dee desperately defends herself that she pushes over some candles and accidentally sets Maddox on fire!

Maddox’s fate is being kept under wraps amid this traumatic incident, but the next day Ant and Ro are determined to get to the bottom of why their sister Dee Dee has been acting out recently.

Meanwhile, Dee Dee is in turmoil and spends some time at her mum’s grave, where she is found by Abigail.

With Dee Dee remarking that her teacher is the only person who understands her, Abigail’s grip on the teen tightens further.

What is next for Dee Dee, and will Maddox be okay after the events of Halloween?
