The AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup 2027 will be held in Suzhou, China, from March 31 to April 17, with 12 teams competing in the 11th edition of the continental tournament. Defending champion North Korea, runner-up Japan, and semifinalists Australia and China have qualified automatically after finishing in the top four of the 2026 edition.
The remaining eight places will be decided through the qualifiers that will be held from October 5 to 11, with only the winners of each group advancing to the final tournament.
India will be vying for one of those spots when it takes on host Malaysia in its final Group E qualifying match at the MP Selayang Stadium on Sunday.

1. North Korea (DPR Korea) – Defending champion
2. Japan – 2026 runner-up
3. Australia
4. China
5. South Korea
Eight more teams will qualify upon playing their respective qualifiers that will end on October 11.
