Liv Morgan steals Women's World Championship at Money in the Bank, becomes 4-time winner

Translate

Triple-threat matches are always a scramble. You can throw alliances out the window. No one was about to help Stephanie Vaquer retain the Women’s World Championship and no one was going to help Becky Lynch or Liv Morgan put gold back around their waists.

Those words were evident throughout the match. Even as it seemed as though Vaquer and Lynch did their best to keep Morgan at bay and essentially make the match one-on-one, the two WWE superstars immediately cast that aside and went blow-for-blow throughout the match. Vaquer and Lynch couldn’t even agree on where to set up a table to possibly take Morgan out for good.

Vaquer used her incredible ring prowess to stay on top throughout the match. She hit Lynch and Morgan with meteoras into the steel steps. Vaquer hit her corkscrew moonsault on Morgan and thought she had the win. But Lynch, using her savviness, pulled the referee out of the ring before she could count to three.

Each fighter went all out. Vaquer kicked Lynch, who was on top of the apron. Lynch fell backward but didn’t go through the table. Instead, the table’s legs snapped. While Vaquer’s attention was turned to "The Man," Morgan appeared out of nowhere and hit Vaquer with Oblivion.

She pinned Vaquer to pick up the win.

Vaquer was emotional as she watched Morgan celebrate. Lynch was on the outside trying to gather herself after the vicious table slam.

Morgan has cast herself as the "greatest women’s champion of alllllllllllllllllllllll time." She’s certainly close to proving that in terms of the reigns she has had. Morgan has won the Women’s World Championship twice in this calendar year alone, pinning Vaquer both times for the title in 2026.

It’s the fourth time Morgan has held the title. The Judgment Day might be on a downturn, but Morgan continues to be a shining light in the faction. Moreover, she didn’t need anyone to come and help her either.
