Mr Jones has pleaded not guilty to a total of 22 charges of indecent assault and sexual touching in this trial.
On Monday, the court heard the complainant was left in "disbelief" after Mr Jones allegedly kissed him without consent at a public event in 2015 before sending him a text message saying: "I hope you can feel my kisses darling."
The complainant has also alleged on another occasion, some time between December 2018 and October 2020, Mr Jones kissed him and pressed his genitalia against him while the pair were at Mr Jones's Circular Quay apartment.
