‘The Studio’s Chase Sui Wonders Joins Jennifer Aniston In ‘Naughty’ From Olivia Wilde And Universal

EXCLUSIVE: The Studio scene stealer Chase Sui Wonders is looking to get in the holiday spirit for her next high-profile comedy as she is set to join Jennifer Aniston and Peter Dinklage in the Universal pic Naughty from director Olivia Wilde. Jimmy Warden penned the script that Wilde will direct. The project originates from a spec script by Warden.

Universal Pictures will distribute Naughty in theaters on November 5, 2027. Naughty follows Mallory (Aniston), whose only hope of securing custody of her son from her gaslighting trash-bag ex is to find Santa Claus (Dinklage) and convince him to testify in her divorce hearing. While unconfirmed, sources say Wonders plays a friend joining Aniston on her trip to the North pole

LuckyChap will produce as will Wilde and Warden. Executive Vice President of Production Development Sara Scott and Director of Production Development Jacqueline Garell will oversee the project for the studio.

Sui Wonders is coming off the first season of the Emmy winning hit Apple series The Studio where she plays Seth Rogen’s eager assistant. She was nominated for a Gotham TV Award in the category of Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her performance. The series won 13 of its 23 Emmy nominations, including best comedy series, breaking the record for most wins for a comedy series, in addition to already breaking the freshman comedy series record. Season 2 will return in 2027.

Sui Wonders was recently seen in Gregg Araki’s much-buzzed-about erotic thriller I Want Your Sex opposite Olivia Wilde and Cooper Hoffman. Magnolia Pictures released the film on July 31, 2026.

Early next year, Sui Wonders will star in an upcoming A24 film, written and directed by Jeremy Saulnier. She will also be seen in the Jean-Michel Basquiat biopic Samo Lives, written, directed, and produced by Julius Onah.
