LIST: Flooded areas in Valenzuela City due to habagat on Wednesday

MANILA, Philippines — Several areas in Valenzuela City were submerged in floodwaters on Wednesday amid the heavy rains brought by the southwest monsoon, according to the city’s Command, Control, and Communication Center. 

In its latest update, the Valenzuela City Command, Control, and Communication Center said that the following areas were flooded as of 7 a.m.:
