  • H.B. Fuller Company (FUL) Friday said that it has priced an offering of $850 million aggregate principal amount of 7.625% new senior unsecured notes due 2034 at an issue price of 100% of the principal amount in a private offering.
  • The issuance of the notes is expected to close on or about October 21.
  • The notes will pay interest on a semi-annual basis.
