Baywatch Star Brooks Nader Says She’s a Sex Symbol Who “Never Has Sex”

Brooks Nader’s love life may require some mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.
The Baywatch star revealed at the 2026 Emmys that while she may be stepping into a sexy onscreen role as bombshell lifeguard Selene in the Fox reboot, her personal life IRL isn’t nearly as steamy these days.
In fact, Brooks exclusively told Keltie Knight in a joint interview with her sister Sarah Jane Nader during Live From E!: 2026 Emmys Sept. 14 that she’s “a sex symbol who never has sex, great.”
Thinking over her confession, the 29-year-old added, “Am I allowed to say that?”
And while she didn’t bring a date to the Mariska Hargitay-hosted event, the reality star couldn’t have been happier to have her “sweet sister” by her side.
“We're being wholesome,” Brooks added, “good family girls.”
One element of her evening that wasn’t wholesome was her red carpet attire. After all, she made a huge splash at the Emmys in a figure-hugging red gown that featured a keyhole cutout at the bust. (See every star on the Emmys red carpet here.)
“Headed to church,” Brooks joked of her sultry look, “gonna say some prayers.”
And while the model left any and all erotic vibes on set, she revealed one element she wished she could have brought home with her after filming wrapped.
“I can't take the suit home,” she said of the iconic one-piece she wears in the show. “Baywatch, can you loan me one? Like, it's my whole personality. Anywhere I go, I should be wearing a red swimsuit.”

However, she isn’t the only Nader sister set to grace TV screens. Pretty soon, Sarah Jane will be just as attached to her dancing shoes as she gears up to compete on season 35 of Dancing with the Stars alongside pro Hailey Bills.
As for whether she’s ready to shimmy into this season’s Sept. 15 premiere?
“I mean, I'm so sore,” Sarah Jane admitted. “Ask Brooks, I literally hobble home every day.”
“But this is like the most insane pregame for my first show,” she added. “I've never been to the Emmys. It's the most exciting week ever.”

And every milestone is more special with the Naders by your side.
“Our parents are so supportive of everything we do,” Brooks explained. “They're in L.A. now because you know our whole Beverly Hillbilly clan will be front row at Dancing with the Stars. We don't miss anything—not even the opening of an envelope.”
“Like, we're there for everything, and so they're just excited,” she added of their family. “They're so excited about tonight. They're sitting there on the plane, tuning into the Emmys, and it's just all so exciting.”
