CTO Realty Growth acquires Kansas City-area shopping center for $103M

  • CTO Realty Growth (CTO) acquired Summit Woods Crossing, a 545,000-square-foot open-air power center in the Kansas City, Missouri, metropolitan area, for $103M, or $189 per square foot.
  • The acquisition brings CTO’s 2026 year-to-date investment volume, including property and structured investments, to $439M at a blended initial cash yield of approximately 9.0%, the company said.
  • The company said the property was acquired significantly below replacement cost and has in-place rents below market.
