DAVAO CITY—Education Secretary Sonny Angara led the mass oath-taking ceremony of newly promoted teachers and principals of the Department of Education in the Davao region on Thursday.

The ceremony followed the culmination of the three-day Regional Assembly of Education Leaders (RAEL).

Some 1,811 teachers took their oath.
