The facade collapsed in August when the FBI arrested Love and Chan at an airport in Boise, Idaho. Love was indicted on federal conspiracy and wire fraud charges, with the FBI identifying dozens of victims across multiple states.

Love burned through the cash on luxury cars, designer jewelry, and flashy vacations to keep up the appearance of wealth for his next target.
