MobLand season 2 cast: Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren star
The second season of MobLand has now kicked off on Paramount+, reuniting us with the Harrigan crime family as played by the likes of Pierce Brosnan, Helen Mirren and Paddy Considine.
Of course, Tom Hardy is also back as their loyal fixer Harry Da Souza, and the actor has told Radio Times that we should expect to see his composure beginning to crack.
He said that we "have to" see his methodical nature come under threat, adding: "Also I have to be mindful that if there was 10 seasons of this, when do you choose that point? And in what story, and in what characters, in what combination?
"So that's both a short game and a long game... you're talking about his unpredictability, his danger, his threat, his emotional landscape, and it's always tested."
Meanwhile, this season also introduces two new key figures, the chaotic Frankie and police detective Kavanagh, played by Johnny Flynn and Ophelia Lovibond respectively.

Brosnan said of his character ahead of season 1: "It's definitely a robust character. He’s a mangled man who has charisma, but he’s someone who is dangerously on the edge.
"And he’s aligned with a wife who is equally outrageous, and they’ve managed to live a very good life in this kind of rather dangerous underworld."
