Ghosts cast want to see Simon Farnaby on Taskmaster – but he admits "problem" with that
As two of the most beloved British comedies in recent times, it's no surprise that multiple Ghosts cast members have taken part in Taskmaster, and now they've called for another of their main players to get put through Greg Davies and Alex Horne's wringer.
Lolly Adefope, who took part in season 4, and Mathew Baynton, who competed in season 19, were speaking to Digital Spy at the premiere of Ghosts: The Possession of Button House.
They exclusively told us that they would love to see Simon Farnaby join the show, but he himself admitted that there might be a slight issue with that.

"I'd like to see Simon Farnaby do Taskmaster," Lolly said.
"I think there'll be some lateral thinking going on. That would be very impressive. I think it'd be so effortless to him and it would be really good."
Mathew agreed, stating: "Oh, I think they'd all be amazing. But in particular, I think Simon Farnaby should do it.
"He's never watched it, he doesn't understand what it is, and I think that's an increasingly rare thing to have a contestant who really doesn't have a clue what's going on. Simon, he just has got funny bones. He'd be so good on it.
"I just don't know if you could convince him to bother getting out of the house, it's quite hard to get Simon to get out of the house. I think he would be stunning on it, I think he'd be such good value."

Simon himself reiterated what his co-star said, but while Mathew thinks that his complete lack of knowledge about the show would be a funny thing, it's not a shared opinion.
"I haven't even seen the show. This is my problem. I haven't seen it. They've all done it, and it sounds great, but I need to know what it was about," Simon said.
Ghosts: The Possession of Button House is released in UK cinemas on 23 October.
