The operation resulted in the seizure of more than 250 grams of suspected shabu and the money used in the transaction.

“Recovered from the operation were four transparent plastic sachets and bags containing suspected shabu with a total weight of 252.2 grams, alongside one genuine P500 bill and six boodle P1,000 bills used as buy-bust money,” the NCRPO said in a statement.

Also seized was a red handbag bearing a first-aid-kit label and logo.

The suspects are facing complaints for alleged violations of Sections 5 and 11 of Republic Act No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, which penalize the sale and possession of dangerous drugs.
