Prototype Hires Regan Frisby, Marisa Sherrier Returns As Agency Moves To New L.A. Location

EXCLUSIVE: Prototype Talent Agency is bringing on veteran talent agent Regan Frisby and welcoming back talent agent Marisa Sherrier (formerly Patella) to the fold. The staffing expansion coincides with a major infrastructure move for the agency, which recently relocated its headquarters to a new creative space at 6420 Wilshire Blvd on L.A.’s Miracle Mile.

Frisby joins Prototype after spending over a decade at Artists & Representatives (formerly Stone Manners Salners Agency). She originally began her entertainment career at Independent Artist Group (then known as APA), followed by a tenure in talent management. Frisby then spent several years as an agent at Sovereign Talent Group before transitioning to Artists & Representatives.

Sherrier returns to the agency after previously spending the better part of 2024 and 2025 at the firm. Formerly with the late A3 where she began her agency career, Sherrier will remain based on the East Coast. From there, she is set to spearhead Prototype’s New York operations, representing artists across film and television while leading the agency’s strategic charge into theater.

“As we approach our four-year anniversary this winter, bringing Regan on, having Marisa back, and moving into a new office are all important steps in the continued growth of the company,” said Prototype founder Brian Wittenstein.
