Ayesha Curry is set to star in Roku's holiday rom-com, "Second Chance Holiday," premiering Nov. 5, Roku announced Tuesday. It marks Curry's debut in a feature film leading role.

Roku shared the news with a trailer that was released on social media. The channel first announced the movie in July with Curry, the wife of Golden State Warriors star Stephen, as the headliner. However, the trailer and release date weren't made available until Tuesday.

Ayesha will be starring alongside Matthew Daddario, the brother of movie star Alexandra.

"It's an honor to be part of Second Chance Holiday alongside such a talented cast and crew," Curry said in a July statement. "There's something truly magical about holiday rom-coms. They invite you into these charming, cozy worlds where anything feels possible. Chelsey is such a fun, heartfelt character that I fell in love with while bringing her to life. I hope audiences fall in love with her too and enjoy Second Chance Holiday this holiday season."

The film follows Curry as a dating expert looking to break a "curse" of frequently getting dumped during the holiday season, according to Roku. She is reunited with her high school crush, played by Daddario, and wonders if the bad luck is the universe's way of pushing her back to her first love.

Stephen and Ayesha have been married for 15 years and share four children together. The four-time NBA champion responded to the trailer on X, calling Ayesha his "leading lady."

Though Ayesha has never secured a leading film role, she has experience in front of the camera.

Her most recent role was in the animation movie "GOAT," which was produced by her husband, who also appeared in the movie. Ayesha has been credited for appearances in Disney's "Hannah Montana" and "Good Luck Charlie," plus HBO's "Ballers."

Now, she'll make her debut in a film set for the holidays that will stream on Roku.
