The NFL star recently sat down for a chat with Women’s Wear Daily, talking about his life in the sports industry, as well as how everything has been for him now that he is a married man. For the unversed, Travis and Swift tied the knot on July 3 at Madison Square Garden with over 1,000 guests in attendance.Kelce continued on about how excited he is to celebrate the coming holidays, including Christmas and New Year as well.

“I love all the old traditions and can’t wait to start some new ones. I start celebrating as that tree goes up," he shared. The interview was done in collaboration with BLACKPINK members Jisoo, Arón Piper, Quen Blackwell, Josh Hart, Florian Wirtz, Dominik Szoboszlai, and Jérémy Jacquet, all of whom, along with Kelce, have been selected to be ambassadors for a famed clothing and fashion brand. The NFL star has been working with the brand for months now and was even in the label’s fall 2026 campaign called ‘Only in New York.’

It also seems that Swift shares the holiday cheer. Over the years the ‘Opalite’ singer has been quite open about the festivities and how she incorporates everything in her life. In an audio clip for Big Machine Label Group in 2013, Swift shared, “I grew up on a farm. It was a Christmas tree farm, though, so that’s why I’m sort of obsessed with Christmas. Yeah, I really love Christmas; I wish it was all year round. Just like for the feeling that everybody has—everybody's buying gifts for each other, and there’s sort of a feeling about it.

But I think that the fact that I love it so much is probably because I grew up on a Christmas tree farm.”Swift and Kelce’s wedding was the event of the year, with hundreds of celebrities in attendance to give the happy couple their blessings on the special day. Some of these names included Zoë Kravitz, Selena Gomez, Benny Blanco, Karlie Kloss, Jennifer Lopez, Brad Pitt, Bradley Cooper, Ed Sheeran, Emma Stone, Jessica Alba, Hugh Grant, Cindy Crawford, Gigi Hadid, Dakota Johnson, and Ethan Hawke. Paul McCartney and Stevie Nicks put on special performances for the newlyweds, while Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony.
