Kanye West, also known as Ye, is returning to Mexico City for a concert at the historic Estadio Azteca on March 19th, 2027. The show was through Ye’s official stadium-tour account, alongside promoter Five One Five Entertainment and the venue, which was officially renamed Estadio Banorte and reopened in 2026 following extensive renovations ahead of the FIFA World Cup.

The announcement comes less than a year after West ended a more than 17-year absence from Mexican stages with two concerts at Mexico City’s Monumental Plaza de Toros México on January 30th and 31st, 2026. The performances, featured songs spanning his career, including “Stronger,” “Runaway,” and “Heartless,” as well as an appearance by his daughter North West.

The show will place West in one of Latin America’s most storied concert venues. Estadio Azteca famously hosted five Michael Jackson concerts in 1993 during the singer’s “Dangerous World Tour,” drawing a combined audience of more than half a million people. U2 also performed there during their 2006 “Vertigo Tour” and returned for three shows in May 2011 as part of their “360° Tour.” Other artists who have played the venue include Paul McCartney, Bad Bunny and Shakira.

The March 2027 date is listed on West’s official tour website, and fans can now pre-register for early ticket access through the concert’s official website. Ticket prices, presale dates, and a general on-sale date have yet to be announced.
