Porsche extends aftersales reach to Sarawak

Translate

PORSCHE Malaysia has expanded its aftersales network to Sarawak and Sabah with the opening of Porsche Service Centre Kuching, its first authorised Porsche service facility in the region.

The facility, operated in partnership with Hap Seng Prestige, provides Porsche owners in Sarawak with access to authorised maintenance, diagnostics and repair services without having to send their vehicles to Peninsular Malaysia.

Porsche Malaysia, represented by Sime Darby Auto Performance Sdn Bhd, said the new centre would bring Porsche-certified aftersales support closer to customers in the state.

The 1S service centre has a two-bay workshop staffed by Porsche-trained technicians and equipped with specialised diagnostic systems and workshop equipment.

It also has a customer lounge, while Genuine Porsche Parts are sourced through Porsche's global supply network for servicing and repairs.

The appointment of Hap Seng Prestige builds on Hap Seng Group's automotive retail and aftersales experience, with the partnership aimed at providing Porsche owners in Sarawak with authorised technical support.

The centre's opening comes as Porsche Malaysia expands its presence beyond its existing network in Peninsular Malaysia, giving owners in east Malaysia more direct access to the marque's aftersales infrastructure.

Porsche Malaysia said the service centre would support routine maintenance as well as diagnostics and repairs, with vehicles serviced according to Porsche's global standards.

To mark the opening, Porsche owners in Sarawak are being invited to a service clinic featuring a complimentary 111-point inspection of their vehicles.

The inspection covers the overall condition of the vehicle and is intended to identify maintenance or service requirements.

Customers can also take up Porsche approved warranty packages available during the Service Clinic.

The new facility will also carry a selection of Porsche Tequipment accessories and Porsche Lifestyle merchandise.

The expansion gives Porsche owners in Sarawak a dedicated local point for authorised aftersales support, while strengthening the brand's service coverage across Malaysia.
