Laptops distributed to 2 Ilocos Norte public schools

SAN ILDEFONSO. Ilocos Sur — Ninety-five laptops were distributed to two public schools in Ilocos Norte on Tuesday as part of the rollout of the government’s Enhancing Teachers’ Unimpeded Rational Objectives (E-TURO) Digital Learning System.
San Nicolas Elementary School received 47 laptops, while Dingras West Central Elementary School received 48 during the turnover and deployment activity held at San Nicolas Elementary School in San Nicolas town.

The activity was led by Department of Science and Technology Assistant Regional Director Decth-1180 P. Libunao, in coordination with officials of the Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division Office of Ilocos Norte, headed by Schools Division Superintendent Atty. Donato Balderas Jr.

The E-TURO Digital Learning System aims to expand access to digital learning resources and equip teachers with technology to support classroom instruction and improve students’ learning experiences.
