Stormers vs Sharks: Weather forecast for Siya Kolisi’s big clash

The Stormers will take on the Sharks at the Cape Town Stadium in Cape Town in the United Rugby Championship (URC) on Saturday, 10 October.

Kick-off is at 16:00.

But what will the weather in Cape Town serve up for the match?

Former team-mates

Springbok captain Siya Kolisi will play against his former team-mates, the Sharks, in the clash.

Kolisi left the Sharks in July 2026 after almost two years. He had rejoined the Sharks in September 2024 after leaving France side Racing 92.

However, he did previously play for the Sharks between February 2021 to late 2023.

Now, he has rejoined the Stormers in Cape Town.

He explained that the decision to move was to prioritise spending time with his family. He has two children with ex-wife Rachel Kolisi.

The Sharks have defeated the Ospreys and Leinster in their two URC matches to date this season. while the Stormers lost narrowly to Edinburgh last weekend after beating Connacht in Week 1.
