Nextleaf names CFO Sam Kassem interim CEO
- Nextleaf Solutions (OILFF) said Emma Andrews has stepped down as CEO, President, and director, with CFO and director Sam Kassem appointed interim CEO effective immediately.
- Andrews, who joined Nextleaf eight years ago and became CEO in September 2023, will remain with the company under an advisory arrangement during the transition.
- Kassem, who has served as CFO since September 2023 and a director since December 2023, has more than a decade of cannabis industry experience, including senior roles in Canada and the U.S.
