The public can now avoid long lines and in-person requirements through NotarioPH, a digital platform offering electronic notarization services in the Philippines.

Developed by Qlegal, a brand of Quanby Solutions Inc., NotarioPH is designed to make notarization more accessible to individuals and businesses. Quanby Solutions is an accredited Electronic Notary Facility authorized by the Supreme Court.

NotarioPH supports both in-person electronic notarization and remote electronic notarization. Its features include secure signing sessions, digital seals and document preparation.

It also verifies identities and signatures through public key infrastructure authentication and automatically records transaction details, including appointments and signed documents.

To use the service, users must complete five steps:

  1. Create an account and undergo identity verification.
  2. Upload the documents requiring notarization.
  3. Choose an appointment time or connect with an available notary public.
  4. Attend a secure audio-video session and sign the documents electronically.
  5. Receive the notarized documents, along with an audit trail and verification tools.

The platform follows the Supreme Court's implementation of eNotarization services, which allows electronic documents to be authenticated through authorized electronic notaries public and accredited electronic notary facilities.

A list of accredited providers is available on the Supreme Court's eNotarization registration portal.
