Translate

KUALA LUMPUR: Three former Negri Sembilan Undangs and the serving Johol Undang today withdrew their judicial review application seeking to compel the state menteri besar to sign a proclamation concerning the removal of Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir as Yang di-Pertuan Besar.

The withdrawal was recorded in open court before High Court judge Norliza Othman.

The four had sought a mandamus order to compel the menteri besar to sign a proclamation recognising the purported removal of Tuanku Muhriz.

They also sought another proclamation recognising Tunku Nadzaruddin Tuanku Jaafar as the 12th Yang di-Pertuan Besar.
