The Cuoco-Pelphrey household has officially expanded.
Kaley Cuoco and her fiance Tom Pelphrey have announced the arrival of their second child, a daughter named Philomena Carmine Bobby Pelphrey.
Baby 'Philo' was born on October 12, 2026, her proud mother revealed in a post featuring adorable photos of their bundle of joy.
'Philomena Carmine Bobby Pelphrey,' Cuoco, 40, captioned the post. 'There are no words to describe this feeling once again. What a blessing. We are so grateful for the crazy wild up and down journey that brought us to our little Philo!
'Family officially complete (sobbing emoji) Time to bring Matilda’s baby home! @tommypelphrey life exploded the minute we met, and the gifts keep coming. I love you forever, girl daddy!'
Pelphrey, 44, also announced the arrival of their 'youngest queen' with his Instagram followers.

'Philomena Carmine Bobby Pelphrey,' the proud father posted. 'Another miracle. Welcome to our family youngest queen!
'Kaley you showed up in every way as a partner and a mom even when you weren’t feeling your best- you’re a CHAMPION. The girls and I would be lost without you.
'Thank God for the gift of this family and these girls.'
Philomena marks the couple's second daughter – the parents also have three-year-old Matilda together.
Cuoco and Pelphrey announced their expanding family earlier this year in a post featuring their daughter Matilda.
The post began with photos of the family posing by a gender reveal cake which contained a pink interior, along with photos of Cuoco and her bump.

Cuoco and Pelphrey have been in a relationship for four years and met in April 2022 after their mutual talent manager played matchmaker.
They welcomed Matilda in 2023 and became engaged the following year.
At the 2026 Emmys, Pelphrey called his family with Cuoco 'the crown jewel of my life' as he delivered his acceptance speech for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for Task.
Cuoco could be seen wiping her tears away as the camera captured her sobbing during her fiancé's speech.
Pelphrey said: 'Wow. This is incredible. Thank you. I thank god for my life and my sobriety.
'I thank my family and my friends for all your love and support all these years from Emmys to, you know, black box theaters and everything in between.
'And to my favorite actor in this room, my love, my best friend, my partner, the very pregnant Kaley - I love you more than anything, and our family is the crown jewel of my life.
'Matilda, daddy loves you. Baby girl, daddy loves you. Thank you. God bless.'
