SAN ILDEFONSO, ILOCOS SUR, Philippines — A total of 129 stall owners affected by the fire that hit the City of Batac Public Market in Ilocos Norte last July 5 received livelihood assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to help them resume their businesses, the agency said on Friday, Aug. 14.

President Marcos, together with DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian, led the distribution of livelihood assistance recently at the Farmers Market and City of Batac Public Market.
