Highway Holdings (HIHO) has announced that Nasdaq has granted the company a second 180-calendar-day extension to regain compliance with the exchange’s minimum bid price requirement.
The extension runs from September 15, 2026 through March 15, 2027, and allows Highway Holdings’ common shares to continue trading on Nasdaq under the ticker "HIHO."
To regain compliance, the closing bid price of Highway Holdings’ common shares must be at least US$1.00 per share for a minimum of ten consecutive business days by March 15, 2027.
