Former Department of Education Chief of Staff Michael Poa gives this response to prosecution counsel Benjamin Tolosa Jr. when asked about proof of the success of information obtained through surveillance activities.

Tolosa was asking about documents that the Commission on Audit required DepEd to submit as part of the liquidation report for its confidential funds.
Under the Joint Circular governing the use of confidential funds, such expenditures should be supported by documents showing the success of information gathered and/or surveillance activities based on information provided by informants. /dp
