SINGAPORE, Oct 1 — A Scoot flight from Macau to Singapore was delayed last week after a passenger was escorted off the aircraft for disruptive behaviour.

The incident took place on September 27 aboard flight TR905, which was preparing to depart Macau International Airport.

“Scoot confirms that a passenger was escorted off the aircraft before departure and handed over to the local authorities,” The Straits Times reported.

It added that flight later departed at 8.46pm local time and all other passengers remained onboard and were served refreshments.

Video footage of the removal was posted on Chinese social media platform Xiaohongshu on September 28, showing a woman accompanied by uniformed officers and Scoot crew as she exited the plane.

Applause from fellow travellers could be heard in the background. The incident was believed to have caused a two‑hour delay.

Scoot did not disclose details of the passenger’s behaviour, while Macau police have yet to issue a statement.
