Bea Alonzo, Anne Curtis stun in star-studded China trip

Bea Alonzo and Anne Curtis turned heads during a stylish getaway in Lijiang, China which they prepared for other celebrities and influencers who they have tapped for the promotion of their business collaboration.
Alonzo and Curtis’ respective lifestyle and beauty brands teamed up for the trip, bringing along actresses Gabbi Garcia and Kylie Verzosa, Filipino-American influencer Bretman Rock, celebrity photographer BJ Pascual, and style curators Rei Germar and Camille Co.

Alonzo, who recently married Chinese businessman Vincent Co, gave a glimpse of their time in the scenic Chinese destination through a recent series of posts on her Instagram page.

The posts also included videos of the group jamming to a viral TikTok sound featuring a parody of Alonzo’s rendition of Doja Cat’s “Woman.” In a separate clip, Alonzo also filmed herself trying to speak Chinese.

The Lijiang trip comes as Alonzo continues to make headlines, particularly following major developments in her personal and professional life.
In July, Alonzo surprised the public after she and Co tied the knot in a private civil ceremony in Makati following months of speculations about their relationship.

More recently, Alonzo’s longtime manager Shirley Kuan resigned from her post on Aug. 11 after nearly six years of working with the actress. Kuan’s resignation was confirmed to Inquirer Entertainment on Sunday, Aug. 22 after film producer Chris Cahilig took over as Alonzo’s interim manager.
Cahilig said his current role is to ensure that Alonzo’s existing commitments including endorsements and projects are handled and that new opportunities are addressed as the actress and her husband enter a new chapter in their lives as a married couple. /edv
