A paddleboard matching the one used by the man, Matt Pawlowski, has been found.

A search is underway for a 48-year-old man who went missing while paddleboarding off the coast of Florida, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.

Matt Pawlowski was last seen around 9 a.m. Monday, approximately four miles off Jupiter Beach, paddling east on a 14-foot lime-green and yellow paddleboard, according to the Coast Guard.

A paddleboard matching the description of the one used by Pawlowski has been recovered amid the search, the Coast Guard said Wednesday.

A good Samaritan located the board approximately 10 miles offshore Jupiter Island and turned it in to local police, it said.
