Man accused of pushing woman down set of stairs at Noosa Heads pub
A man is accused of pushing a woman down a flight of stairs at a pub in Noosa Heads.
The man was removed from Beach Road by 4 Pines – on the corner of Noosa Drive and Sunshine Beach Road – about 2.30am on Saturday before being stopped by security when he tried to re-enter, police said.
He is then accused of punching a 27-year-old male security guard in the face before pushing a 60-year-old female guard down a set of stairs.
The man then allegedly fled the premises.
The 27-year-old guard from Pacific Paradise suffered a minor injury to his face, while the 60-year-old Kin Kin woman was uninjured.
Police have released an image of a man they believe can help with their investigation and have asked the man, or anyone who recognises him, to contact them.
