According to the latest reports shared online, the former South Florida compound that once belonged to the late Mexican music icon Juan Gabriel has officially made its way to the market for USD 38.9 million.

In 2015, the icon transferred ownership of the property to his son, Ivan Aguilera. The icon passed away a year later on August 28, 2016.

About Juan Gabriel’s former South Florida property

Located all the way in Southwest Ranches in Florida, Juan’s former property was an exclusive equestrian enclave west of Fort Lauderdale in Broward County and spanned nearly 10 acres. It has now been transformed into a resort-style retreat for anyone who needs to get up close with nature and needs some time away from their everyday life.

It was turned into the resort by an unnamed LLC, which acquired the property back in 2022 for an undisclosed amount.

Now, the property is back on the market for a whopping 38.9 million, listed with agents Tommy Crivello and Angeline Earnest.

There is also a spa and an air-conditioned garage on the land, which spans 2,000 square feet and accommodates 4 vehicles, with a lift capacity to store up to 8 cars.

Lastly, there are two separate swimming pools, one featuring natural rock formations, waterfalls, and a jumping rock, as well as a Tiki pavilion that has an outdoor kitchen equipped with built-in grills, outdoor TVs, and a bar.
