SINGAPORE, Oct 20 — Firefly will fully resume its flights between Subang and Singapore on Thursday (October 22), following its latest operational assessment of weather and haze conditions in Singapore.

In an advisory on Monday, the airline said it would operate a reduced flight schedule between Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang and Seletar Airport on October 21 before restoring full services the following day.

“Affected passengers are being contacted and offered alternative travel arrangements on available Malaysia Airlines flights between Kuala Lumpur (KUL) and Singapore (SIN), subject to seat availability.

“Passengers who choose not to proceed with the alternative arrangements are eligible for a full refund,” it said.

The wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysia Airlines had earlier cancelled all scheduled flights between the two airports up until Monday.

The flights scheduled to resume on October 21 are FY3122 and FY3123, FY3126 and FY3127, and FY3130 and FY3131.

Singapore’s air quality improved on Monday, with the 24-hour Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) ranging from 86 to 115 as of 11pm, according to the National Environment Agency (NEA). — Bernama
