Kai Cenat dug deep into the 2010s for his Halloween costume this year, and he picked one that a lot of his viewers grew up watching. The Twitch star turned up on stream as Scott McCall, the werewolf lead from MTV's Teen Wolf, with a bare, fur-covered chest and full monster makeup. His room matched the mood too, glowing red and covered in spider decorations. The costume got plenty of love from fans, but the best part came when Duke Dennis walked in and froze. One fan summed it up perfectly, joking that Duke was "slowly realizing this is his friend now."

A werewolf throwback for Kai Cenat's Halloween
For anyone who missed it the first time around, Teen Wolf ran on MTV from 2011 to 2017. Tyler Posey starred as Scott, a high school kid who gets bitten by a werewolf and spends six seasons trying to protect his friends while learning to control his new powers. Dylan O'Brien co-starred as his best friend, Stiles.
The show never really went away for its fans. Posey even came back as Scott in 2023 for Teen Wolf: The Movie on Paramount+, so Kai's choice hit a nostalgic nerve with plenty of people in his chat.
Duke Dennis didn't know what he was looking at
Duke Dennis has been around Kai's streams for years as part of the AMP crew, so he's seen his share of strange bits. Even so, this one seemed to catch him off guard.
Wearing a plain white T-shirt, he stopped in the doorway and stared at the werewolf in front of him. The whole moment is over in a few seconds, and that blank look is what made it so shareable. "Duke was looking at Kai like, bro, what the hell is this," one viewer wrote.
Kai Cenat's costume splits his fans
Most people were on board with the idea. Some couldn't believe the streamer even knew the show, with one fan asking, "What Kai know bout Teen Wolf?" Another came up with a nickname for the look on the spot: "Black McCall."
A few viewers zoomed in on the finer details, with one fan pointing to the tattoo as proof Kai had gone all the way with it. Not everyone was impressed, though. "There's no way grown men sit down and watch this," one critic replied.
