England U-19 has announced its squad for the U-19 Women’s T20 World Cup 2027 and its tour of India through the turn of the year.
The squad will travel to take part in a five-match T20 series against India in November-December 2026, and at its completion it will remain in India for a further week to continue outdoor preparations for the ICC tournament in January-February 2027.
England reached the semifinals of the last edition of the tournament in Malaysia, where it lost to eventual champion India. Phoebe Brett is the only remaining member of that squad, while Maria Andrews was a reserve.

A captain will be named at a later date.
Head coach Chris Guest said, “This is an exciting opportunity for this group of players who will be the best prepared squad we will have sent to the U-19 Women’s World Cup.
“The aspiration as always is to win the U-19 World Cup. Taking on board learnings from previous campaigns, we have gone about things slightly differently this time, ensuring that our players are getting some game time outdoors much closer to the tournament.
“The goals for the winter are dual focused. We want to win the World Cup, and we are also developing players and helping them prepare for what their career might look like in a professional environment.”

Non-travelling reserves: Ava Clive, Ivreen Dhaliwal, Libby Fellows, Lucy Randle-Bissell, Isobel Thorndike.
