Nani’s new look for Sujeeth’s ‘Bloody Romeo’ revealed; actor undergoes major transformation after ‘The Paradise’

After sporting long hair and a beard for ‘The Paradise’, Nani has unveiled with a completely different look for his next film, ‘Bloody Romeo’. Directed by Sujeeth, the film marks the first collaboration between the actor and the filmmaker.

Nani shares transformation video

Nani revealed his new look through a behind-the-scenes makeover video. The actor has embraced an ultra-stylish, retro-inspired appearance that is quite different from his look in his latest release ‘The Paradise’.Celebrity hairstylist Aalim Hakim is behind Nani’s transformation. The actor sports a voluminous curly mullet with textured layers, paired with a rugged, full beard.

The hairstyle gives Nani a raw and rebellious look. The video shows director Sujeeth personally supervised the makeover session at Aalim Hakim’s salon to ensure that the actor’s appearance matched his vision for the film.Additionally, Nani’s new look also includes character-specific accessories such as round dark sunglasses, a heavy butcher’s apron and a cleaver knife.

Nani to play a chef and gangster?

Nani is expected to be seen playing a character who is both a chef and a gangster. The film is expected to combine dark humour, explosive action and eccentric characters.

Nani and Sujeeth join hands for the first time

‘Bloody Romeo’ marks the first time Nani is working with director Sujeeth, who recently scored a major hit with Pawan Kalyan’s ‘They Call Him OG’.

The film marked Pawan Kalyan’s big comeback to the big screen after a two-year gap. The action drama revolved around former gangster Ojas Gambheera, who returns to Mumbai’s underworld after a decade to seek revenge against rival gangs.Meanwhile, Nani was last seen in ‘The Paradise’ which turned out to be the biggest opening of his career yet. However, the film received mixed response after its initial screenings.The film has minted over Rs. 172.65 crore worldwide in 17 days as per Sacnilk.
