Arizona police charged a woman with stealing and crashing an ambulance that was parked outside an Avenged Sevenfold and Good Charlotte concert in Arizona on Thursday.
Phoenix police alleged 24-year-old Grace Vicente got into an ambulance parked outside Talking Sticks Amphitheatre and Resort at about 11:00 p.m. and drove a short distance before crashing into another vehicle.
