There is a long-running tradition for the brand Vin + Omi to feature recognisable personalities, musicians and TV figures on the runway rather than just models.
And this year it was Alison Hammond, Prue Leith, Jo Wood and Jane Moore who were set to take centre stage at their London Fashion Week show.
Backstage, Great British Bake Off host Alison, 51, joined her former co-star Prue, 86, as they posed for photographs in eye-catching gowns and gigantic wigs.
Alison was modelling a floor-length black sequin dress, which was complemented with a glamorous bedazzled eye make-up look.
Prue, who was sporting huge red hair, was wearing a pair of her signature oversized glasses with a white floral tulle dress, covered in multicoloured flowers.
The British restaurateur, who stepped down from Bake Off last year, is a regular feature in the shows and has previously appeared five times.

Another star who has appeared before is Jo Wood, who was welcomed back this time to walk the runway again alongside the other familiar faces.
Jo, 71, was wearing a long v-neck black and silver stripe maxi dress with a pair of chunky black boots and dark eye make-up.
She opted for kooky poses, holding her blonde hair up with her hands.
Meanwhile Jane wore a long blue sequin dress with a statement headpiece, accompanied by a dog who was wearing a matching blue sparkly scarf.
VIN + OMI choose people who have a connection to environmentalism, creativity, music, television or activism, rather than simply hiring famous people for publicity.
Their 2021 Future Flowers show, for example, included Jo Wood plus Olympic athletes Hannah Williams, Marcus Mepstead, Joe Choong and Stephanie Twell.
They launched as a label in 2004, but the two designers describe themselves more as 'ideologists' than designers.
Their aim is to use fashion as a way of getting people to think about environmental and social issues.
