Watch: Jack Smith says Lindsey Graham "likely would have been a witness" in 2020 election case

Former special counsel Jack Smith told Sen. Darlene Graham that her late brother Lindsey Graham, who died in July, "likely would have been a witness" in his 202 election case if it had gone to trial. "I believe your brother was a patriotic public servant. He was not a target of our investigation," Smith said during the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing.
