Genting gets a techno takeover as Sunset By NEON unveils international lineup for Chapter Two

The festival will feature Enrico Sangiuliano and MORTEN as Day One headliners, while Day Two will see Time Machine take over with Agents of Time, Yotto, Rivo, SLVR and NOSI, alongside Malaysian acts Victor G, CXW, Boriz B2B Wesufo, MTR and Dora.

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 25 — The mountains are set to become a two-night electronic music playground this weekend as Sunset By NEON returns to Genting Highlands with an international lineup featuring some of the biggest names in melodic techno and electronic music.

Chapter Two of the festival, driven by OMODA & JAECOO, will take place this Saturday and Sunday, bringing music, immersive production and destination festival energy from 4pm until 3am.

The festival will feature Enrico Sangiuliano and MORTEN as Day One headliners, while Day Two will see Time Machine take over with Agents of Time, Yotto, Rivo, SLVR and NOSI, alongside Malaysian acts Victor G, CXW, Boriz B2B Wesufo, MTR and Dora.

The festival will also mark Malaysian debuts for Yotto, Sangiuliano, Agents of Time, SLVR and MORTEN, according to the organisers.

French DJ and producer Rivo has gained international attention for his hypnotic and melodic sound, including his remix of Disclosure’s You & Me, which has surpassed hundreds of millions of streams.

Finnish producer Yotto, known for his atmospheric melodic sound and releases through Anjunadeep, will bring tracks including “The One You Left Behind” and “Hyperfall” to the festival.

Italian techno producer Sangiuliano, meanwhile, is known for his driving and powerful sound. His remix of “The Age Of Love” with Charlotte de Witte reached No. 1 on Beatport, while “The Techno Code” remains one of his signature releases.

Also on the lineup are Italian duo Agents of Time, comprising Andrea Di Ceglie and Luigi Tutolo, whose hardware-driven live performances combine melodic house, techno and improvisation.

SLVR, another Italian DJ and producer, brings more than a decade of electronic music experience to Genting, with recent melodic techno work including “Music 4 Ur Body” and a remix of Sangiuliano’s “The Techno Code”.

Danish DJ and producer MORTEN, one of the pioneers of Future Rave alongside David Guetta, rounds out the international headliners. He is known for tracks including “Never Be Alone”, “Dreams” and “Lucky”, and has performed at Tomorrowland, Ultra and EDC Las Vegas.

Beyond the music, organisers said the festival will feature world-class production against Genting Highlands’ mountain surroundings, with its cool air, lush greenery and elevated setting forming part of the experience.

As the official auto partner, OMODA & JAECOO will showcase its OMODA C7 as part of the festival, combining automotive design, technology and contemporary lifestyle.

Festivalgoers will also have access to food and drinks, premium spaces and immersive visual production throughout the two-day event.

General Admission two-day passes are priced at RM348, with 60 per cent of tickets sold, while VIP two-day passes are priced at RM788, with 70 per cent sold, according to the organisers.
