Emmerdale first look at Kim Tate's shocking Home Farm visitor

Emmerdale's Kim Tate receives a huge shock this week, when a social worker arrives at Home Farm. Can Kim convince her that Baby Tate hasn't been illegally adopted, without sharing his whereabouts?
Following the tragic death of Dawn Fletcher, Joe Tate has been consumed by his need to avenge his fiancée. The grief-stricken father decided that he wanted to put their newborn son up for adoption, and ordered Graham Foster to take the baby away.

Last week, it was revealed that Graham had been looking after the baby himself in a secluded cottage, with Kim bringing him supplies. The pair continued to keep the secret from Joe, hoping he would eventually change his mind and want his son back.
So far, Joe has shown no sign of remorse, instead barrelling ahead with his revenge. And upcoming episodes could ruin Kim's hope of a reunion, as her plan threatens to be exposed.
In a newly released spoiler video for Wednesday's episode, Kim is leaving Home Farm when a woman approaches her. She checks Kim's identity before introducing herself as Nicole Ellis from Child Protective Services.
"I'm looking for Joe Tate," she explains, with Kim telling her to come back later.

"I'll wait," Nicole insists. "We've had a report that his baby's been illegally adopted. I need to see them both."
Kim looks horrified as she realises what is happening, though she doesn't know that it was her secret daughter DS Thea Ramsden who reported the Tates.
How will she be able to prove that Baby Tate is okay, without sharing Graham's location? And how will Joe react if he learns the pair went behind his back?
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 8pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
